「My second stay here and it surpassed the high bar set by my previous stay. Got checked in by the manager who had just started there. I got a really nice room with a very high finish in décor which instantly put me in a relaxed mood. After finishing my admin, I went on the same 1 hour walk using the same route which takes me through the town centre. It is such a lovely town to walk around. The shower was amazing and allowed me to settle in for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was so much better...

「The room was very clean Bed was good but could feel the springs a bit, although comfortable enough to sleep on The food was excellent especially the Sausage and Mash and the Steak and Ale Pie, good portion sizes, very friendly staff.」

「This hotel is a classic example of faded glory. A pleasant location which was near the Nyetimber Vineyard, which was the reason for the stay. I did send them a message asking advice on local taxi firms when I made the original booking, which was never responded to at all. 「nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom」

「The most important fact when you haven't visited a hotel before is that it lived up to its good reviews. Thank you!」

「Everything was very good, food great, breakfast great, staff very helpful and friendly, room, bathroom and bedroom clean, warm and comfortable, pet friendly only thing we think £20 per dog per night is expensive, but other than that brilliant,」
