We had an excellent stay at Rosedale. The house is terrific—stately but comfy, big and open, very clean with beautiful and well-kept grounds. House manager very responsive. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach/pool towels and a nice small set of groceries (eggs, bead, milk, wine) to start the stay. Pool, house and grounds were maintained mid-week. Excellent location walking distance to groceries, great good trucks at Worthing Court, coffee (Starbucks across the way and a great restaurant called UVA) and pastry shops (La Baguette by the grocery store is amazing) and most importantly the beach (which is obviously why you’re coming to Barbados!). Rockley Beach is a lovely beach with chairs and a Tiki Bar available, and if you walk up the beach there is a boardwalk with tons of dining options nearby. (Barbados has terrific food!). Lots of other great beaches to explore around the island as well. I can’t recommend the house and the location more highly—will definitely stay again when in Barbados!
