würde ich nicht mehr buchen

Brötchen abgezählt, unfreundlich, Restaurant nie offen, Ort ist am A. der Welt - keine Verbindung und in der Freizeit kann man auch nicht spazieren gehen in der nahen Umgebung zum entspannen, Zimmer altbacken und auch mit Aufpreis hat nur der Balkon Sinn gemacht - nicht zu empfehlen

Nooit meer

Hier verbleven op doorreis vanaf wintersport met twee gezinnen. We waren als gewaarschuwd door de negatieve recensies, maar omdat er verder niets beschikbaar was de gok toch maar gewaagd...Helaas bleken de recensies te kloppen. De kamer stonk naar rook en op de bedbank voor de kinderen viel niet te slapen. Op de grond lig je nog beter. Het hotel wordt gerund door een humeurige dame. Verder liep er een morsige kok rond, het eten hebben we dan ook vriendelijk overgelsagen.

Première fois qu'on me fait payer à l'arrivée et non le lendemain matin, pas de volets, matelas très mou, chambre poussiéreuse et araignées en prime, robinetterie pleine de calcaire. Pour finir concernant la chambre, il y avait un chien apparemment juste à côté de la chambre qui a jappé toute la soirée. Concernant le restaurant, il était en travaux et je n'avais pas été prévenue.

Wat ver van de stad

Ontvangst door nachtportier was erg vervelend; de man was blijkbaar slecht geluimd door onze (aangekondigde) late aankomst en verwelkomde ons zeer onvriendelijk. De kamer was mooi, schoon en had een mooi balkon, minibar ontbrak helaas. Het ontbijt was prima. Door ontvangst en afstand tot stadcentrum zeker geen aanrader!

Betriebsferien und dennoch geöffnet

Wir sind in dieses Hotel eingekehrt wegen der guten Küche und dem Wein, obwohl es soweit außerhalb von Worms liegt. Nun erfuhren wir beim Check in, dass das Hotel geschlossen ist und wir die einzigen Gäste sind. Es wurde uns vorher nicht gesagt. das ärgerte uns sehr.

Zeer slecht wij kwamen het hotel niet in was overboekt de manager was een zeer onguur persoon die on naar buiten zette en de deur op slot deed mijn advies aan hotel.com verhuur dit niet meer de man schijnt dit bij heel veel mensen te doen het is er smerig en vies de man is een bandiet hij kan er beter daklozen in zetten .hij zei jullie zoeken het maar uit met hotels.com dit heeft hotels.com gelukkig opgelost door een andere acomedatie te zoeken het verschil van de prijs kunnen we declareren bij hotels.com dank daar voor .

Frust!

Empfang inkompetent und frech. Die Rechnung wird beim Einchecken präsentiert. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen. Kein Lokal im Umkreis von 4 km. Keine Timerschaltung der Flurbeleuchtung: durch das Oberlicht über der Tur wird das Zimmer die ganze Nacht erhellt; man muss x-mal aufstehen und das Flurlicht ausschalten. Die 2. Nacht haben wir nicht im Hotel verbracht.

Kan geen beoordeling geven over het hotel omdat het hotel overboekt was, dit ondanks dat het Hotel door ons vroegtijdig geboekt en betaald was. Wij hebben daarom laat op de avond nog een ander Hotel moeten zoeken. Ik zou hier daarom wel een beoordeling over Expedia kunnen schrijven, maar die zou niet al te positief uitvallen.

Ved ankomst med reservationsbeviset, nægtede hotellet, at vi havde betalt for morgenmad, det tog ca. 30-45 minutter inden hotellet fandt os. De havde det ikke på deres mail, men kunne langt om længe finde det på jeres mail, det må åbenbart ikke kunne sammen, Vi skulle betale 15,95 euro for hunden, det var måske lidt meget. Vi havde betalt på forhånd. Morgenmaden var til gengæld meget fantastisk, mit indtryk var, at manden var tydelig beruset om aftenen, da vi kom, jeg vil ikke komme der mere. Stedet var hyggelig, men modtagelsen overskyggede alt. Jeg tog ikke foto

Service sieht anders aus!

Wenn auf der Hotelseite steht: Rezeption 24 h, kann ich erwarten, jederzeit freundlich betreut zu werden. Diese Rezeption war in 2 Tagen und Nächten NIEMALS besetzt, zu keiner Uhrzeit, die wir probierten. Stattdessen wurde mir um 12 h kurzangebunden und unfreundlich über ein Außentelefon mitgeteilt, die Anmeldung wäre erst ab 15.30 besetzt. Das Hotel liegt 4.5 km außerhalb von Worms, die kann man mit dem Fahrrad nicht x-mal täglich fahren, um es dem Hotelier Recht zu machen! Frühstück zubuchen nicht möglich, weil niemand zum Sprechen da. Den Zimmerschlüssel bekam ich abends um 22.00 h von einem zähneknirschenden Koch, den man beauftragt hatte, uns hinein zu lassen. Statt des gebuchten 3-Bett-Zimmers mit 20 m² und Minibar fanden wir 12 m² nur mit Doppelbett ohne Minibar vor. Änderung nicht möglich, denn niemand zum Sprechen da. Bei der Abreise aus lauter Verzweiflung einfach den Schlüssel an der "Rezeption" abgelegt. Da hilft auch keine Außentelefon mit unfreundlichem Mann. DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Für so viel Geld darf der Gast etwas erwarten. In jeder Jugendherberge ist man besser aufgehoben und betreut! Wer ein Hotel nur über eine Sprechanlage betreibt, sollte das auch ehrlich ins Internet schreiben und nicht solch falsche Angaben machen. Und ein Mindestmaß an Freundlichkeit zeigen. Bisher habe ich Automaten-Hotels gemieden. Aber schlimmer können die auch nicht sein.

Frauduleus! Kamer was op voorhand geboekt en integraal betaald We stuurden zelfs via email aanduiding wanneer we ongeveer zouden toekomen, inclusief de boekingsnummer Bij aankomst gebaarde men van kromme haas. Er was zogezegd geen boeking gebeurd. Men liet ons, een gezin van twee volwassenen en twee kinderen, aangekomen om 23u s avonds, het dubbele tarief betalen! Nooit meer en graag ons geld terug!
