Wooster Mountain State Park

The staff and its Manager are very rude and should not be in the Hotel accommodation industry. As the Frontline representation of this Beautiful Hotel, the male Manager and its staff are in need of better training in customer service and good old hospitality.

No swimming pool which was a huge disappointment since we were traveling with young kids. The bar was closed because the barmaid was on vacation??? We didn’t understand that at all. The breakfast was good, the staff was great. Hotel was clean. But you’re paying the same price for the same hotel 2 miles away that has a pool and an open bar!!! A refund an change of reservation would have taken up to 30 days to get through. So sadly we stayed.
