「Excellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. Room had all the expected; toiletries, towels, Wi-Fi, large tv and even a trouser press.
We were up and out at 0600 the next morning to race in a local triathlon at Belvoir Castle, night porter...

「The property might be rated three star but the staff are rated five star in our mind. They were polite, attentive, efficient and engaging when spoken to. The hotel and the whole of Rutland we found to be really helpful and polite. It`s the way Norfolk used to be but is sadly lacking in a lot of establishments these days. Nice to see that hospitality is still alive and well in Rutland and surrounding areas,
The hotel is looking a little tired but didn`t spoil our stay any way, shape or form....
