「When we walked into our hotel room, there was a dirty facecloth hanging on the shower head. Not a great start.
In the morning we heard a knock on the door and then the cleaning staff quickly opened the door. We were shocked they would walk into the room so quickly after knocking briefly. It was still and hour and a half until check out. She wanted to know if we were leaving or staying.」
