「If you want to get off the grid completely and commune with nature, you couldn't do better than this treehouse! No cell reception, no TV or wifi (wifi is available at the main house, just not the treehouse), perched in trees in a grove of mainly Hemlock and Balsam, right next to a lovely creek cascading over rocks. Stone City has a wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and that cold, refreshing stream. Great location for relaxing. We hiked to a nearby lake where there's public access for swimming and...

「We had a wonderful experience at "Fantasy Island," where we had come for a family gathering. The caretakers, Cathy, Dylan and Aleia were attentive and caring. Dylan and Aleia were fantastic in helping our four grandchildren aged 7-10 with zip-lining across the pond, even when it started raining! The many other activities they offer outside (swimming, boating, hiking, visiting the animals, etc) and inside (playing pool, ping-pong, air hockey, etc.) kept everyone engaged. It's a fun place and...

「Went up to Vermont for a music festival in Montpelier. The host was excellent and responsive to all questions within minutes of texting. Place was clean, quiet neighbors, with great proximity to downtown Stowe, and Montpelier. Burlington, was a little bit further west but, still within 45 minutes driving. Beds were enormous, comfortable mattress and bedding clean and fresh. Shaws and upscale Market 32 by Price Chopper were within a 10 minute drive in either direction from condo. Clean bathroom,...

「Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton). We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful.」
