No access to public kitchen or untensils bathroom out of bathing supplies no aircon in room just a pedal fan and no access to front entry before 10am had to use laneway back entry using staircase

We booked for 2 adults, I child and an infant. Only one queensize bed with side table in room. No bench, sink or fridge in room. They provided a blow up bed for teenage son. We had to squeeze past to get from one side to the other. No sink in shared Kitchenette area. Shared bathrooms at end long hall, and still with incomplete areas. No window to outside for the room. We managed, only just.

The staff were really helpful & friendly & the food in the pub was great. There were really only two issues (a) the TV in the common room didn't have 'Free to air' & I don't have any streaming subscriptions & (b) when it came to having a shower you had to choose between a door that didn't lock or a clear window that exposed your 'inner beauty' to all of Wonthaggi! (I opted for the not locked)...

Everything that I needed and cheap. Only stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Shared shower. Staff went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. A very old accommodation that served a very decent meal

I don’t want to sound rude but this is the first time I left an accommodation. Beds were dusty, bins were unchanged, shared toilets, sheets weren’t even changed. There were loud noises expected to last til 1:00 am when I was told by staff it would be “minimal”. To my surprise, the bin inside my room wasn’t even changed. It was an absolute chaos. I lodged a refund request with my insurer. The staff were friendly but you can tell all the guests there felt trapped in the middle of nowhere. We had to cut the loss and leave. Fortunately we found an accommodation somewhere in Dandenong. I will never go back. The photos in the ad don’t even clearly depict what you will see when you arrive. The place was absolute chaos. The entry and exit points were dodgy. I felt really unsafe aside from the noise and sanitation issues.

The location was excellent but the facilities were terrible. One old single room with awful furniture, only had a fan and fly screen was ripped to pieces. Had to use a shared bathroom and shower. Ok if all you wanted was a bed.

Comfortable room with no private toilet.

Stopped over for a night before going to the beach. Everything was alright except for the activities held downstairs in the pub. It seems that they have a band on Friday nights which makes it impossible for you to sleep before midnight. The mattress is very comfortable. There are cafes and shops nearby. Only shared bathrooms and toilets.

They had this machine outside the window of the room that continuously made a loud noise for approx 15 seconds then went off with a pause of about 5 minutes it was excruciating I would ask for a refund
