"Comfortable but tired property. Long haul walk up to the apartment after a days’ skiing. Needs scrubbing up to justify the price. Upgrading the $10 shower head would be a big plus . Bathroom amenities like washing products could be a bit more generous. Struggled to use streaming services due to provider blocks . Windows need a good clean. Everything else satisfactory ."

"The property is well located in a beautiful part of Victoria with easy access to ski resorts. But it looked like the property had been untenanted for a while as there were lots of spider webs - including on the kitchen shelves - and hair and dust under the cushion on the window seat. We noticed the dust and hair when we chased a spider under the cushion and lifted it, and found all the hair and dust there."

"The location is peaceful and the gardens surrounding the cottage are beautifully laid out and very well maintained. As a horticulturist, I particularly appreciated the more unusual plants. The cottage was spacious and very clean. Lovely views from all windows and you are secluded from both the house and another cottage. Breakfast was on the verandah in the morning sun. The shower must be one of the best I’ve experienced in a short stay accommodation! The heating in the lounge room and bedrooms...

"Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was all very friendly and helpful during our stay. You must stay here for your next snow trip at Mt Hotham! Totally worth it and if you do secure a spot, you could save yourself from buying a car pass at Mt Hotham as they do free shuttle buses to the mountain, only 20 mins away! Thank you Club Wyndham, we will definitely see you again :) "

"The condition of this property was so bad that it didn't even meet the base line for paid accommodation. The couch was broken and unusable. There was mould around the windows and they haven't been cleaned in years. The toilet was filthy. The kitchenet did not even have a power point to run the useless hotplate that was provided. The fridge was broken, The mattress have loose springs..and on it goes. This place was so bad that I'm going to lodge a chargeback on my credit card as the facility did...
