Overlooking the coastline, this stylish retreat captures sweeping ocean views and a seamless connection to its natural surroundings. Walk to Coalcliff Beach and rock pools for a morning swim, take in the scenic views along the famous Sea Cliff Bridge, then return to unwind in comfort as the light softens across the water and escarpment.
Defined by its architectural design and sweeping ocean outlook, this multi-level home is crafted to maximise light, elevation and uninterrupted coastal views. The main living area forms the heart of the home, where generous seating invites you to unwind or take in the surrounding greenery and ocean beyond.
Gather at the sleek kitchen, where a large island with stools anchors conversation, casual meals or evening drinks. Fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine, it makes everything from slow breakfasts to shared dinners effortless. Nearby, the dining area sits against leafy views, creating a relaxed backdrop as light and coastal breezes flow through.
Step outside to the main balcony, where alfresco dining and a relaxed lounge setting overlook the ocean, creating an easy rhythm between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Below, the private pool offers a serene place to cool off or spend long afternoons in the sun, surrounded by lush greenery and distant coastal views.
Upstairs, a second living area provides a quiet retreat, opening onto a balcony with elevated views that connects directly to the primary bedroom. Positioned to capture the outlook, the primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a freestanding bath. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while a fourth includes two single beds. A central bathroom services this level, while downstairs, a powder room, a laundry with a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace add ease to longer stays.
