Located in the tranquil and sought-after area of the Shellharbour Marina, with beautifully curved architecture, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is positioned to capture breathtaking, almost 180-degree views of Shellharbour South Beach and the Waterfront Marina, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and peaceful waterside getaway.
The Space:
Situated on the second floor, this apartment takes full advantage of the northern aspect, allowing for an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views. The expansive balcony is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the northern sun while soaking in views of the Marina and beach.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas are designed to embrace the views, with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors to invite cooling breezes and the scent of the sea air. The master suite boasts incredible water views from both the bedroom and ensuite (including from the bathtub) with a Queen Bed and Double Vanity, you’ll experience a lavish getaway.
The kitchen is equipped with top-tier Smeg appliances, a coffee machine for your convenience along with all kitchen necessities.
All 3 bedrooms feature a Queen size bed for your comfort and relaxation.
Resort-Style Amenities: This complex offers a range of exclusive communal spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment, including:
An expansive rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the escarpment and Marina.
A luxurious swimming pool which is heated from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April.
A fully equipped private gym
Located just a short 5-minute stroll to cafes, bars, and the shopping precinct within the Marina, the apartment provides easy access to everything you need for a comfortable and vibrant holiday. Secure parking with two basement car spaces.

We strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our apartment is situated in a tranquil complex with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate any lively gatherings including but not limited to "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimal level at all times especially when using the Balcony.
Bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towel if you plan to use the pool or visit the beach.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, inside and outside on the balcony - guests will need to smoke outside the complex.
All bookings are subject to the guest's full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct including the apartment complex by-laws for the duration of their stay.
