Completely self-contained and situated in a prime location, this neat two-bedroom, fully furnished unit has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Located right next to Warilla Beach, it's ideal for weekend retreats, family holidays, or short-term stays for those working in the area.

With plenty of shops nearby, Reddall Reserve just minutes away, and a cycle path running along Warilla Beach through to Barrack Point and Shellharbour, there’s always something to enjoy.
Take a stroll along the beach, grab a coffee at Warilla Surf Club, or catch stunning sunsets in the evening.

The unit accommodates up to 4 people, featuring 1 king-size bed and 2 king-single beds, with a portacot and sheets available on request (subject to availability).
Stay connected with the modem set up for Wi-Fi, and cool down in summer with pedestal fans and the refreshing sea breeze flowing through the windows.

Parking is available onsite, with a small garage suitable for a compact car and additional street parking out front. (small car only).
