I was awakened 3 times starting at 9 am and checkout was at noon. They would knock and then enter my room and me trying to sleep. When I asked the front desk, I was informed they use a tablet that updates telling them when someone checks out. They stated because I used a Third party that there is nothing the could do to accommodate the situation. A little aggravated with the situation.

While only a short overnight stay, we had one for the books. Driving to our next stop we were about 1 1/2 away when we realized we left cash in the open safe in our room. It was up high and hard to check. I called the hotel to secure it and the manager told me he had it and we have it put into safe keeping to we returned.
When we got back they called security to deliver the funds to us. Not a penny was missing and when I offered a reward they refused it saying it would not feel...
