The location and condition of this hotel was very good. The staff were excellent - welcoming on arrival and extremely helpful during our stay. The room was fine, and very quiet. The included breakfast was excellent. We were only there for a single night but would very much recommend this location. There are excellent pubs nearby and your shopping needs will be met in the large mall across the street.

Great staff, perfect location but no WIFI, it is 2025 and they offer 1mbit free in the room and charge you 5 GBP for 24 hours of what they call fast premium WIFI, 7mbit, laughing hard.

Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made.
