The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. "Farm is quite remote but beautifully situated 1200 feet above the Bristol Channel. Very roomy and charming. Very comfortable facilities and lovely, helpful hosts. Fresh eggs for breakfast from the friendly chickens! A bench overlooking the sea for our happy hour, wonderful walks to interesting and ancient places. Lots of wildlife - deer, pheasant, grouse, wild ponies up on the nearby moor. We'd love to return."
