「Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.」

「 This is our second visit and we all enjoyed our stay there again . The children are already asking to return again next year. Its a lovely, comfortable house and very roomy too, ideally situated gor the beach, which is gorgeous. A 10 minute walk to town too. 」

「Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways, an Aldi & a massive amusement centre with bowling a few minutes walk away. Our dogs also loved...
