"Got jnto the room. Tv didnt work bathroom lights flickering all night the shower curtin looked like it had been dipped in excrement he mugs had fluff in. The kettle had white bits in it. Looked like lime scale. The lamps and wall lights wree absolutely thick with nicotine. Then went to get into bed pulled the duvet back to find a jumper and tshirt inside the bed. "Although the room was dated it was clean amd tidy. The reception had no staff on after 9pm this wasnt a problem for us. Card entry into rooms. Well worth the price paid for out overnight stay to attend a wedding "

"Elm Tree Farm was a lovely old farmhouse situated in the quiet countryside. We had a lovely warm welcome from Gina. The breakfast was very good with a selection of homemade marmalades and jam."

"It was a last minute booking due to our original hotel cancelling the evening before the Coldplay concert. It was adequate, clean and comfortable however extremely overpriced and clearly the hotel was taking advantage of people visiting for the concert. I looked and tonight the evening after the same hotel room is 185 cheaper. "
