Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Ein großes Plus ist die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, sodass die Welterbestätten fussläufig zu erreichen waren.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Wismar ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, allerdings nicht in der Heckflosse. Sauberkeit: Als wir ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass sich im Bett Haare befanden und die Bettwäsche nicht frisch gewaschen roch. Vermutlich wurde sie nicht gewechselt. Wir haben dann unsere eigene Bettwäsche verwendet, die wir vorsorglich mitgebracht hatten, da der Vermieter auf unsere Anfrage, ob Bettwäsche inklusive ist nicht reagiert hatte. Auf Anfragen über die Homepage wurde auch nicht reagiert. Im Bad befand sich noch der Müll vom Vormieter im Mülleimer. Spiegel und Waschbecken waren nicht geputzt. Sofa ist komplett verranzt und müsste eine professionelle Reinigung, oder einen Austausch bekommen. Fenster wurden vermutlich noch nie geputzt. Küche: Aluminiumpfanne und Induktionskochfeld, finde den Fehler. Wenn man eine Stahlpfanne verwendet, meldet sich direkt der Rauchmelder, da kein Abzug existiert. Lüften ist generell ein Problem, da die Wohnung nur 2 Fenster in der Hinterhof besitzt, wo ständig geraucht wird. Zum Glück war das Wetter gut und wir konnten viel Zeit im Freien verbringen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

kein Kontakt zum Vermieter

Leider bin ich nicht in die Wohnung gekommen, weil der Vermieter mir den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht zukommen lassen hat. Ein Kontakt über die Mobilnr. war auch nicht möglich. Also nicht zum Buchen zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht auf der Straße sitzen will.

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber super gelegen und nett und modern eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige war da, selbst Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spülmittel und ein Geschirrhandtuch. Einen Stern abgezogen habe dafür, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und der Fahrradständer vom Haus genau vor den Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerfenster. Ruhig und erholt schlafen konnte ich dort nicht.
