Enjoy a visit to Central Wisconsin while staying at this contemporary 1400 square foot living space in the lower level with open concept living room, gas burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with an island and a round table area that is perfect for playing games or visiting.
Adults only. Must be able to walk downstairs. Make sure to have correct number of guests listed. Price increases after 2. Bedrooms have walk in closets, wall safes, & each has 2 single beds. Beds are electric, head foot adjusting.

Great property. Quiet neighborhood and very clean with thoughtful additions right down to the frozen pizza in the freezer for that late night snack. Very close to Sand Valley Golf courses. Highly recommend this property.

Clean and Comfortable

We were in town for my niece's wedding shower. The location was perfect for our actvities in Wisconsin Rapids. Apartment was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. Parking was ample and the comminication with the host was great! Highly recommend!

Private and simple logistics!!

We had to be in town for a meeting and this place was close to everything. I think we heard occasional noise from the clubhouse above us, but privacy and ease were both excellent!

Weekend getaway
