Prepare full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby, fireside table, or one of two tables for two. The highlight of these condos is the in-room jetted tub where you can soak away your cares after days out exploring the area. Additional amenities include two gas fireplaces and four TVs. And outside, you can take in the view off your furnished balcony or head downstairs to discover the wide variety of on-site amenities that await you and your guests.
When it's time for shopping, additional attractions, and several other dining options, take a short drive into Wisconsin Dells less than four miles from the property. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
