Staff was very nice and the room was clean, furniture was very dated and well used. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean. Living room area was very dark with no windows. Shower/tub needs to be replaced. Refrigerator was adequate. Spacious, just needs a little updating.

Just some ideas to update

Hotel was clean and spacious the front desk lady was courteous. With having an indoor pool and calling it a resort I thought they would have a washer and dryer available to use even it was a pay to wash and dry. They didn’t offer an onsite cafe or cafeteria with venting machines.

the people were nice pool area was nice, but the room was not that great holes in the walls, holes in the door, to shower was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken out of the wall half of the lights didn't work no outlets where they could be used the doors that needed a key card only worked half the time

Last time we stayed at the resort it was clean and the rooms were well kept, the television worked but we were unable to see anything because there was no connection to the wifi. Sad to say but it's the last time we stay here!

The place is pretty outdated! price is good value. If the place charged more they might be able to do better job on up keep. This looks like it was a very nice place back in the day 1970 to 1980’s. Just not enough money for them to do the up keep today!

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom with separate living room with pull out bed on couch. With a handicapped bathroom. The size is bigger and cheaper then most hotels. Hot tub was good. Wife wanted to use it for her sore back. Only downsize was we were next to the hallway and the hallway door was slammed all hours of the day and night. Got permission to use door stop and that help a lot. Our room had a small refrigerator, dishwasher with dishes provided, and a small microwave.

Overall it was okay, not great. The outside looked pretty rundown, and the inside hallways as well. The rooms themselves weren't terrible, but half of our lights and outlets in the bedroom didn't work. Also, they didn't have posted hours for the pools, and when asked, they didn't open the pool until after checkout time, which kind of seemed like a money grab to get an extra $20 for late check out in order to use the facilities. I would not come back, but it wasn't the worst experience I ever had. The staff was pleasant enough.

This whole trip was an awful experience. The hitel was very dirty. The rooms smelled like weed. The bathroom door didnt shut. The kids Waterpark was coated in muck. There were no signs for room navigation ir pool hours. We checked out a day early and they wouldnt rulefund us for the time we didnt stay for. Highly would not recommend.

You can see that this hotel is trying to make improvements. Front desk staff were nice, we didn’t interact with other staff. Room was decent, bathroom was small, air conditioner was very noisy until hubby cleaned out the air filter. Entrance 3 needed a good cleaning but otherwise hallways & common areas were clean. The outdoor pool water could have used some cleaning lots of dead bugs & junk. We didn’t use the indoor pool.

The best part of the motel was that it was away from the tourist zone and close to the freeway. Other than that the rooms are not great. The showers were filthy. Constant screams from grown men in their rooms. When we arrived there were multiple kids playing with carts and kicking soccer balls at cars while the parents were smoking weed. This motel has a lot of potential but it just doesn’t seem safe. There’s truly no quality control going on. The second we got into our room we were looking at options to check out and ended up just staying so we weren’t out the money. The price may be cheap but it’s definitely not worth it. The worst thing about the trip was going back to the motel.
