Upstairs in the heart of the home you will find the gorgeous open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling double sliding doors opening out to the extensive balcony furnished with family sized lounge setting and BBQ facilities, making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stylish appliances including a Breville Barista coffee machine (bring your favourite beans), large French door fridge, dishwasher, gas cook top and electric oven, which allow for effortless cooking.
A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a wood-fired combustion heater for cosy evenings in, a large 10-seater dining table and another four stools at the kitchen counter to feed 12 at once.
The beautiful master bedroom is also located upstairs, featuring a queen size bed, desk, large ensuite, walk through robe and plenty of room to set up the portacot if needed.
Downstairs is a perfect spot for the children or teenagers to hang out in the large second living area complete with smart TV and board games. You will also find the main bathroom featuring full size bath and separate shower, full laundry, third bathroom and four more bedrooms downstairs arranged with two bedrooms each with queen size beds, and two bedrooms each with two sets of bunks.
Lets not forget about the outside features which includes fish cleaning station and outdoor bait fridge/freezer, hot outdoor shower and a rugged coastline perfect for exploring rock pools and hidden caves.

- Disturbance: No parties permitted.
- Noise: Respect neighbouring residents by keeping the noise down - Guests that cause nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties/occupiers will have their booking terminated immediately. No refund will be offered. Guests are to abide by the EPA Guidelines in regards to noise levels at all times.
- Fire Pit: Fire pit is strictly prohibited.
- Parking: Only two vehicles are permitted to park beyond the gates. The vehicles must be parked on this property only. Any additional vehicles will need to park outside of the gated area.

Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer and T-towel
