"When we arrived to hotel there was a sign that said no hot water. It was graduation weekend and no other hotels available. I booked this many months in advance. They charged a rate 3x the regular rack rate because of special event . The hotel said they would not give any discounts and we had to find another hotel . We canceled at hotel . "

"This Lake Ella Studio was perfect for 2 adults and our 2 small dogs. The parking was safe, secure, and there was an option of parallel parking on the street as well as the driveway. My husband and I had 2 vehicles and never had an issue. The location was great, nice backyard, walking path around the lake, short walk to a delicious coffee shop that we walked the dogs over to for breakfast, and only a 10 minute drive to FSU (We were in town for a Graduation). There's a Keurig machine with pods, microwave and popcorn, mini fridge and bottled water, coffee cups, utensils, wine glasses, and paper towels in the kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious with towels, shampoo, and soap provided, and there was a hair dryer, thank goodness, because I forgot to pack mine. It has a good size closets with drawers, shelving, hangers, and iron/ironing board. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. The communication with our host was very good. We had a wonderful stay. You will too. "
