This spacious 91m² apartment, newly built in 2021 and featuring a balcony, can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a ceramic hob, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine (with sufficient capsules provided upon arrival), a selection of teas, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

All bedrooms have double beds and flat-screen TVs. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining area, which also features a flat-screen TV.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer.

On warm summer evenings, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Sauerland mountains and the bobsleigh track.

Pets are welcome.

If you require a baby cot or highchair, please let us know. We will provide these free of charge.
