Your wellness retreat by the Rothaarsteig in Winterberg. Join the trail a few hundred metres away. After your hike, hang wet gear in the laundry room and fire up the barrel sauna.



WELLNESS

The barrel sauna and hot tub are in the garden. Enjoy nature through the panoramic window and 38°C water. Downstairs, sit by the lit salt wall in the salt room; a second wellness room is next door. No fixed times or other guests.



GARDEN AND TERRACE

The garden is all yours: a private lawn and mountain views. The terrace has a barbecue and second dining table under a parasol. The playground is just ahead, keeping your children in sight. Enjoy a campfire at night.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Four bedrooms: two with double beds, two with single beds. Stay in darkness as long as you like. Beds are made and towel sets provided. Three bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath.



KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA

The separate kitchen keeps cooking smells behind a closed door. It has all you need to cook, even spices, plus a dishwasher and bean-to-cup coffee machine. The dining table and sofa by the wood-burning fireplace each seat eight.



CHILDREN

A home by a family, for families. Leave your cot, high chair, children's tableware and baby monitor at home. The playroom has games for all ages. Sockets, windows and stairs are childproofed.



LOCATION

The house sits at 700 metres by the forest. The Rothaarsteig runs through the village; the bakery is 450 metres away. Kahler Asten and Bikepark Winterberg are ten minutes away by car.



SERVICE

Use the washer and dryer as often as you like. Wi-Fi throughout, three parking spaces at the house. Dogs welcome. The house has a five-star DTV rating.
