「For the price and location this place is really great. just as a note it is a dated cabin and rustic. there are critters scurrying around in the attic, carpet is stained, heater smell dusty, spiders are on sight but really all in all it a great place to stay. the wifi was unplugged at arrival so tv's were inoperative. host was very responsive to all messaging.」

「This cabin is fantastic. Being from a hot and humid state, when the daytime temps get above 70, I would like an air conditioner at least on the main bedroom but we made it work and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.」

「We stayed in August. The condo was in a great location for us to visit Winter Park Resort’s alpine slide and hiking. Fraser is only 10 min away with a Safeway grocery store.The condo is dated, but it was clean with the essential furnishings. A short climb down the hill is a cold creek that was still flowing in August. It made a soothing noise when hanging out in the home with windows open or eating outside on the back porch. One street away is a trailhead into the National Forest.」

「At 1st glance the place looked pretty good. After getting settled in we found the place could use some tlc. Nothing major that ruined the stay but I was expecting more. Overall I would still recommend after it gets the attention it needs.The people I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. 」
