Ski-in/ski-out modern condo w/access to shared hot tub, firepit & fire place
Inside this beautiful condo, you will find accommodations for five. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room (sleeps 2) and an ottoman that folds out to be a twin bed. The condo has cable TV both in the living room and bedroom. Finish the day in front of the gas fireplace or enjoying the views from your private balcony. Enjoy cooking in a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. This unit is located on the far end of the hallway which should make it quieter as there’s less foot traffic than units closer to the elevator.

Founders Pointe offers a large outdoor hot tub with fantastic views and BBQ's are located on the amenity deck in the center of the horseshoe-shaped building. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Good Condo. Easy to follow instructions. condo temperature was warm enough for the cold weather. parking lot is under same building.very convenient to go to ski lift. buses are free and to go to different part of the city.
Great location, 4-5 minute walk to gondola, well equipped kitchen, great spot for a few friends or small family. Excellent large hot tub. Looking forward to returning next year.
Our family enjoyed our time in Winter Park for our first family ski trip! Would recommend this condo and location for proximity to lifts and dining etc!
Good location and nice spot for the price. Happy with everything except hot tubs which were supposed to be done with construction in December but were nowhere near ready when we went there in January.
My husband and I came to WinterPark for a short getaway and loved how close the property is to the lifts. It’s not ski in/ski out, but about a 7 minute walk to the Gondola lift. It was clean and just as described. We would book again!

We stayed in the summer, so it was pretty quiet. It was nice to have a full kitchen and feel like we were at home between our hiking excursions. The property was remodeling the hot tub and deck area, but we knew that with this being the off-peak season. Looking forward to returning again in the future for some mountain biking!
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo!! It was a pretty good setup for our family of 4. Pullout best were decent for the few days we were there. The bathroom was spacious, which was really nice. I do wish the cabinets were a little better stocked (it needed a few spices, basic condiments, ziplock bags, foil, Tupperware, etc). We were not given hot tub towels, nor enough towels, but we figured out how to make it work. A drying rack would also have been nice to have. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the building, amenities, and proximity to the village. Thank you for a nice spot!
A great unit to stay in. Just the right size for our family of five. Unit had all we needed. I would suggest more towels. Between showering and the hot tub usage, which I definitely recommend, towels were at a premium. Very convenient to the slopes and the village. Communication with the manager was great. They answered immediately and questions resolved. I would stay here again.
Great location and value for this ski condo. Furniture is a little old and uncomfortable. The bed should definitely be replaced. The furnishings did not completely match what is shown in the pictures but were close. And incredibly, this condo had an envelope asking for additional money forhousekeeping in addition to the 125 they charge for cleaning!
My husband and I attended the annual blues festival in Winter Park and found this condo comfortable and convenient for the two of us. We especially appreciated the free parking garage and proximity to the local shuttle service. Everything was clean, the kitchen seemed well stocked for the meals we cooked, shower was great, bed comfortable. We had a little trouble getting the dishwasher to run, but eventually figured it out. Wish we could have opened more than one window in the bedroom, as there was no overhead fan in the bedroom and the temperatures during our stay were pretty warm. These two things were only small inconveniences, however, because overall everything was just fine. We loved the location of the condo community and would definitely return on another visit to Winter Park! Thanks!

Our family of 5 (3 young kids) stayed in this condo over winter break and planned to ski everyday. This fit our needs perfectly! We didn't need a lot of space, because we planned on spending our time on the slopes and in town. The condo was merely a place to sleep. The convenient location and large locker made it easy for us to change skis as needed and we could easily stop back to the condo for lunch or a snack. It is a bit small if you're looking for space to spread out in the condo and the parking entrance/exit was a little touchy. We did figure out the parking and it worked perfectly... just had to use the reservation code instead of the QR code. We were concerned about the clearance in the parking garage with a Yukon and ski box, but we did have plenty of clearance, which was a huge relief as parking is tight in this area. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the property and the owners were quick to respond and answer any questions we had along the way.
The 3 of us had a nice stay here overall mostly due to proximity to ski hill and village with restaurants and shops, plus the huge outdoor hottub was awesome! However, important to know a couple things: this is not what we think of a true ski in/ski out. It was about a 7-8 minute walk with our boots on carrying skis to get to the gondola. Still close, but not what we expected. It was difficult to come and go with our rental car without being forced to wait through the extremely long car lines of skiers coming to park. We couldn't just go the other way to exit. This was frustrating, and something to be aware of. Last, more minor point was some loose lamps, lot of cords, and a loose leg on one of the 4 dining room chairs. I did report them to mgmt who stated they were glad to know and would be getting them fixed (so, very responsive in that manner). Hopefully they get fixed before next guest. Was really nice that a person always answered when we called for questions or help! Thank you!
Very easy stay and walking distance to the slopes. The pullout couch was a little difficult. Unclear if it is broken. We had to have our daughter sleep with her head away from the couch end because it kept tipping back toward the wall.
