Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home is an animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets. Parking in the complex is by permit only, and the property will come with 4 parking spaces for a max of 4 vehicles (1 assigned garage spot, 1 garage overflow spot available first come first serve, & 2 exterior spots).
