New luxury condo in Winter Park featuring high-end amenities including a private clubhouse with gym & game room plus a heated pool & hot tubs and easy access to everything you need including some of Winter Park's best restaurants & shopping. With all the comforts of home you'll feel relaxed after a day of skiing, hiking or walking home from one of the many events at Hideaway Park. This home is quite literally located within just minutes of everything - including the free local ski shuttles!
The Space
Located just a minute walk away from Main Street, this 1,450 square foot condo contains two bedrooms + den, two full bathrooms featuring a large master bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in shower, while the second bedroom is outfitted with a set of queen bunk beds. The den also contains a set of twin bunk beds, while the couch pull out can also sleep 2 as it contains a queen bed. This condo unit can sleep up to 10 individuals, perfect for large families, couples, or a group of friends getting together!
Located on the third and top level, accessed by staircase. This unit is also located directly across from the clubhouse which features BBQ grills, communal outdoor hot tub and heated swimming pool and an expansive clubhouse with pool table, kitchen, sitting area, workout room, and many more amenities for you to enjoy during your stay.
INDOOR SPACE: Stone electric fireplace, high ceilings, Smart TV w/ cable & streaming capabilities available on all TV’s.
KITCHEN: fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, 3-person bar seating, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, dishware/flatware, gas range, microwave, and large island
GENERAL: Free WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, secured ski equipment closet, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, laundry detergent, alarm clocks
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private patio deck, patio furniture, serene mountain setting
PARKING: Offers two parking spaces within the Trailhead lodge complex. Additional parking can be found just outside of the complex, right next to Hideaway Park.

Great layout for condo. Walkable to many restaurants/shopping/shuttle to mountain. Shuttle walk is about .25 miles in front of McDonald’s, not bad at all (especially if you are renting from mountain bs hauling equipment). Only real downside is it is 3rd floor with no elevator (technically there is one but it is broken), and the parking is uncovered.

Wonderful property! Quiet area but close to the main drag. The interior was well-appointed, roomy and spotless. Very responsive host. It is on the third floor so hauling luggage up two flights was no fun. There’s an elevator but it appeared to be out of service.

Great place to stay! The room was very nice with lots of beds, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and washer & dryer. Check-in was a bit late since the room wasn’t ready, but they gave us a late check-out which we really appreciated. The unit is on the top floor and the elevator wasn’t working, so it was a bit tiring — but the view was AMAZING, easily a 10/10! Would definitely stay again.

The condo, facilities, and location were sweet! Our family of four used all the amenities to their fullest and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Checking in could not have gone any smoother. We spent a lot of time in the dining room and kitchen playing games and enjoying the music fest across the street. Looking forward to getting back to Winter Park.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location close to everything in town, including the shuttle bus system. Amenities such as the hot tub and pool are super. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Winter Park ski vacation
We came for a family ski vacation. The condo worked out great for us despite the elevator not working. Condo is on the third floor. It’s close to town and to bus pick up to get to winter park resort center.
