Spring Ski Trip - 2025

Perfect location

We had a great time. Condo was super nice and we were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen……exactly what we needed to make meals with the dishes/pots and pans. Would def rebook and stay again.

Great mountain getaway

We had a great stay here right before the spring break rush. Gorgeous views! Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Coming from the plains of the Midwest, the walk and stairs were a struggle with the elevation but it was worth it with the view from the balcony. We had one minor issue with bedding but the hosts were very quick to reply and handle it for us!

Great ski spot!

Place was nice and convenient to ski resort. Had everything we needed and a great view! Kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the fireplace. Highly recommend!

Excellent views.

Property was just as advertised in the pictures. Everything was beautiful. View was spectacular. It's a bit of a walk from the parking garage and the train is pretty loud in the a.m. otherwise great location and price.

Positive vibes, beautiful views

A remodeled (particularly the kitchen) in the Silverado II complex in Winter Park. A top floor unit, there are big views from all windows, including a panoramic sweep of James Peak from the front deck. Unit has the vibe of being owned by a nice family. One note: As with many Winter Park vintage buildings, there are a couple of flights of stairs involved.

Annual ski trip approved

Stayed for a week in March, unit was perfectly clean, Owners very easy to work with, price was reasonable. Climb up the stairs was a little tough at the end of a days skiing, but the views off the multiple balconies more than made up for it. The buildings underground garage, ski lockers and hot tubs were perfect. Will absolutely be back at the earliest opportunity.

Winter Park, COSilverado ii

Unit was nice, clean, spacious but very chilly. We were not able to get the unit warm and wore jackets and used blankets to sit in the living room. This was difficult after skiing and returning to the unit very chilled from the day of skiing. We had stayed there in the past and it had been very comfortable for us.

Great Views and Comfy Beds

Fast and easy communication with owners. Beautiful views. Very comfortable beds -- Best nights of sleep I have had in the mountains! Condo had everything we needed and was well cared for. My daughter loved the pool and the hot tubs were most welcome at the end of the day (the one by the sauna is hotter in temperature). Winter park ski resort is an 8 minute drive or there is a shuttle stop not far from the property entrance. Know before you go -- It is definitely a trek from parking to the condo so I would recommend packing light and having enough helpers to carry everything up. It might be tough for someone not used to the altitude. The entire building could use some updating and more care. There happened to be an HOA meeting while we were there and it sounds like they voted to change management companies, so hopefully that helps. Overall, it was a nice place to say in the mountains and a positive experience.

Great family or group vacation— comfortable and beautiful!

My family and I stayed here for a week of skiing. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the living room is a comfortable set up for hanging out or watching football. The views are gorgeous from every room. While the description states that the staff are not on site to serve you as a guest, they were incredibly kind to us and responsive to the owner’s requests. The property owners were also quick to respond to any requests and questions. The hot tub/pool area was clean and very accessible. If you are not bringing a car, note that there is only one bus line that stops in front of the property. It’s an easy walk to the next bus stop with more options, but good to know for planning purposes. Overall great place to stay!

New Years Ski Holiday

We spent four nights over the new years weekend skiing at Winter Park. The location and accommodations were great for our family of 5. Just the right size and close to skiing and all the restaurants and shops in town. The unit had everything we needed and it was great having garage parking during a time there was a LOT of snow. Would stay again.
