「The penthouse is more incredible than the pictures show. We loved all of the special touches - murals, cows, old school video game machine, hanging chairs. We had plenty of shampoo, soap, tp, towels, coffee. I loved hearing the clock tower from the courthouse. I've never been on The Square after businesses are closed; we really enjoyed the quiet ambience. There is not a door to the bedroom, so privacy may be a factor if you are sharing the rental with friends/family. Similarly, the beautiful...

「Great big home. Lots of space for everyone. We had a family vacation complete with kids and grandkids and it was the perfect place. Thing for all ages, For inclement weather, plenty of space to play games, screens for movie streaming, or hang out and play some pool or ping pong. On the nice days, everyone loved the animals, soccer and baseball fields for open play time or hang out close by and play close to house. Downtown Galena is about 20 minute drive so more entertainment options are close....

「A terrific getaway for an extended family.........Our family (all four generations) enjoyed this property on a recent weekend. The grounds are extensive, covering several acres. The main house sits elevated high above an extensive meadow. It has suites on 3 floors and we used all 3 floors but only the main kitchen (there are two others). We used the basement and second floor for the bedrooms only. The main kitchen opens up to a large dining area/gathering room with enough seating room to...

「This property offers the luxury of a resort with the down-home experience of a ranch. Peaceful, gorgeous views - especially at sunset from the "Quiet Rock" deck. Or the sunrise from the swing near the Main Lodge. Mark is a gracious host who shared his love of the property by introducing us to Waffles, the donkey, Flowers, the cow, & numerous other animals.
