This house is his original condition.
It's very clean house . When you walk on hard wood floor It's make you smiley . Bedrooms and living room has no ceiling lights make your stay memorable in the lights of lamps . The great thing for this house is its location . When you look at your bedrooms 1 and 2 windows you will see amazing view of Red River . Huge backyard (just at Red River's bank ) to enjoy in the summer with fire pit and BBQ . Very nice porch to enjoy .

This house has basement also but nicly painted concrete floor . Laundry and 2nd washroom also located in the basement.
Multiple car parking just on the driveway.

Great Stay

Was a good stay. Off to a bumpy start with a few issues with the house and check in process not working. But the home owners were on sight within 15min to begin resolving the situation and were great to work with.

The location and communication was great, the beds were not great in 2 bedrooms and 1 was broken and only 1 person could sleep in bed and was very load if you moved at all. Food from previous guest was left in refrigerator and coffee maker had mold from not being cleaned. If a little more cleaning and beds changed out it would be great

Would never recommend this property

We were really disappointed that the house was so dirty. Bugs on the window sills, old food in the dirty fridge, dirty pan in the oven, used soap & shampoo in the bathroom. We had to cover the living room furniture with blankets to feel comfortable sitting there. TV only worked half the time and the internet kept crashing which was difficult because I needed the internet to work. Long black hair on the floor in both bathrooms. We could have been content enough with the house but the first impression killed this for us and we spent an hour cleaning after we got there just to feel that we could relax.
