"The only concern I have is there were no towels in our room. A lady with staff said they were running short on towels that she would bring some by our room in 30 minutes but so far we have not seen her ? She did give my wife one towel, no wash clothes or floor mat for the shower ? The dead bolt on ..."

"This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm."
