The Apartments are very good: clean, lots of space, modern and new fornitures, two balcons and a a very spacious kitchen complete with everything. burners, big fridge, owen, microwave and even a very good washing machine. Staff very carefull and attentive. Very smooth check-in. Perfect location: just five min. drive from the town centre and five min walking from a big Spar supermarket.. Lots of parking spot for the cars. Very safe: electrically fenced, CTTV and 24h secutity guards. Very good breakfast

Great and safe place to stay. Big and clean rooms with many amenities. We will come back. I wish breakfast could be a little bit better
One night stay before touring Namibia. Spacious apartment, good bed, easy to get to and relatively near to both shopping and restaurants.
Basic breakfast, very friendly staff.
Beware the very steep driveway though. It's not called Hillside for nothing.
Our stay at Hillside Executive Accommodation was excellent from start to finish. They ensured our airport pickup was punctual and were always responsive to emails and calls. Despite having to shorten our stays, they promptly arranged transportation back to the airport. The customer service was outstanding, and the hotel itself is very safe and quiet with a lovely environment. Additionally, they offered a great breakfast selection that complemented the experience perfectly. I highly recommend Hillside Executive Accommodation for anyone visiting the area!"
Comfortable and clean apartment in general, eventough some maintenance is needed on the furniture (sofa peeling off and broken double bedroom side table).
Please be more attentive to the number of persons indicated in the reservation in order to make sure that there are enough towels, plates, cups, etc fornall the guests.
Simple breakfast with not many options but still acceptable.

Luxury apartments with full on kitchen and Lounge ideal for short and long stay business and tourist trips. So you can eat out or stay in and self cater or cook your own meals. Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Quick, easy continental breakfasts available. Centrally located in Windhoek close to business district and all other amenities. 30 min countryside drive to airport. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
Extremely comfortable beds.
Spatious & clean rooms. Hot showers. Full kitchen facility. Quiet & safe. Absolutely no complaints- would stay here again & recommend to others. If you are arriving late or in the evening, you won't have access to reception staff (although there is 24/7 security available).
There was a bath in the room C3 that obviously has a problem. There was a pond of water after a bath near to the sink. There might be a leak somewhere. The staff was unable to process our credit card. The staff who was at the gate didn't seem to know how the machine worked and suggested we go get cash at an ATM...

Our stay at Hillside was average. Although clean, the unit lacks a personal touch and homely feel. All very clinical and “cold”. Some of the linen and towels are old and needs to be replaced. The general maintenance of the unit need some attention. The beds are comfortable.
