The kids loved the basement area and jacuzzi which made for great and easy entertaining. The one time we had an issue Adrian was communicative and quick to address. "

"it's sprawling and has a lot of amenities. I think it's fabulous for kids - they had a magic show, cookie decorating, smores. They have an onsite bakery and restaurant. Tubing. They have shuttles, so you don't feel "stuck." It is very family friendly. I would say it's actually for families versus couples. "

"Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund. "
