I only stayed for about an hour. The room was freezing cold as it was dead of winter and freezing out. There was no heat turned on in the room when I got there so it was quite a while before the room actually reached a tolerable temperature

I don’t like to be negative, but I would not recommend this sleep inn. The first thing I noticed is the dirty carpets, smelly room, damaged door to the room, the room was run down , two exit doors were not secured, anybody can just walk in the building.

Pictures don’t describe property accurately. We needed an in expensive economy hotel. Wasn’t looking for anything fancy just wanted clean room to sleep, shower and leave. Property was definitely shady, customers looked like they were on drugs. Our room had holes in bathroom door. We stayed only because room was prepaid and bed didn’t have bed bugs. Will never stay at property again!! Beware.. spend an extra few dollars and stay down the street at Holiday Inn express, regret not staying there!

This Sleep Inn is not clean or well maintained. A sofa in our room, 318, was stained, torn upholstery and dirty.. The parking lot was dark at night, with sparse and broken lights. The ice machine was dirty with no ice available. The elevator had no inspection certificate.. Expedia should not include this location in searches.

The pool ph levels or chlorine levels had to be off in some way. As everyone in our group had eye burning sensations to the point we had to use a wet rag to calm it down. Also was waken up at 5:00 in the morning by police banging on my door because there was a noise complaint call, but they didn’t know where so they were checking everyones. We were all asleep in our bed. Luckily, my kids are heavy sleepers and I was the only one awaken.

I've stayed here multiple time in the past havnt been in a while decided to stay again and it was a mistake! First off i have a service animal and it was noted in my booking. When arrived they asked for ID for my service animal which is against the law. They are only allowed to ask two questions about service animals. As soon as i got into my room a cockroach crawed out from behind the tv. The pilliows are not bed pillows they are throw pillows. The floors seemed to be clean

It looked like a cosmetic remodel had been done but everything was dirty in all of the corners of the bathroom, and hallways. The carpeting was dirty, and worn in the hall ways with carpet strings showing. When we arrived there was no water available and said it would be fixed in approximately an hour. When we got back from dinner we checked and the water was working but what came out of the faucet was grey in color and there was no hot water till the next morning. We were afraid to use the water to brush our teeth and went to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water and they told us it was $2.00 each. Not a place I'd stay again ever!

Had a plumbing problem. Called the front and one ever came. Beeakfast quality has decreased. Very slow elevator. Many broken fire doors on stair well. Repo tow truck towing a vehicle one night. Weed smell in every corridor. We are regular visitors to Winchester but will have to use a different property. Were told it was a new owner but there is a lot to improve.
