This beautiful Lake home is located in the pristine community of Twin Creeks, has water views, steps from the pool, and 3 min to the marina. Bring your own boat to launch at the marinas private dock. No boat? no problem! The Marina offers the following rentals: pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards. The on-site store will take care of all of your boating needs including gas, beverages, sunscreen, snacks etc… Drafts and Watercrafts bar and grill frequently features live music on the weekends.



-Pool Access Memorial Day-Labor Day

-2 min drive to the Marina where you can enjoy food, drinks, and rentals to enjoy your time on the water

-Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until mid-October and will open mid to late April.

-Dry Creek Beach is at the entrance of Twin Creeks Marina where you and your family can play in the sand and water during your stay. Open Memorial Day-Labor day



Twin Creeks is a beautiful gated community right next to Twin Creeks Marina

The main living room, kitchen, and master are on the second floor to maximize the water view. All other beds are on the first floor.

We had an outstanding stay. Property managers went above and beyond in contacting us and ensuring all was well. The house is well appointed and has many amenities. The only issue for some is that the living/dining/kitchen space is up a steep set of stairs on the second floor. Not an issue for us, but those with mobility challenges may want to take into consideration. We would definitely stay there again!

This house has it all! Such a warm welcome from the team. Beautiful, relaxing view, pools galore and marina. Rent a boat from the marina and chill for the day with endless water access. Grab a pizza and cocktails from Drafts and Crafts! The pools are clean and everyone is so nice. Dry Jack Tim is a beautiful home!

Wonderful stay!

My daughter got married that weekend so I leased this home. It was so great to be able to stay within walking distance of the venue. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! We hope to go lease again soon so we can enjoy the pool, lake and marina activities.

The property is just as described! The beds are comfortable memory foam The house is clean and the ac keeps it at a very comfortable temperature! Cool enough to sleep comfortably! It is very close to everything even town is a quick 10 min trip! We enjoyed our stay, we came to be with friends who got married at the marina that is behind this house! The restaurant at the marina is very good! We plan to come back! Thank You for a great weekend!
