"Dissapointed.. notified the hotel and emailed to advise special occasion the room we were allocated was supposedly a privilege.. Would definitely not bother with the upgrade .. absolutely no veiw what so ever Room very bland , car park is in a secure area about 10 mins away from hotel at an extra charge . We ate in the restaurant- definitely would recommend . The hotel itself is in a good location and clean ."

"There was no electricity even though we followed the instructions; turns out there were missing instructions. No hot water at all for the first day - had to shower in ice cold water. Foldable bed very uncomfortable. Good kitchen facilities, though."

"Ich war mit meiner Tochter und Frau für ca einer Woche zu Besuch in diesem wirklich nettem kleinem Haus. Das Haus liegt ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Wimereux City und Strand entfernt. Gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich ein kostenloser kleiner Parkplatz , auf dem wir immer fündig geworden sind. Uns hat die Straße, welche direkt am Haus entlang führt , nicht einmal gestört. Auch in der Nacht nicht ! Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat alle Annehmlichkeiten( Spülmaschine, Microwelle, Fön, Grill, Staubsauger usw) die man braucht und war schlicht, aber geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war unkompliziert und stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke für alles ! Lg"

"L'accueil à l'agence était uniquement en français. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises s'ils pouvaient parler lentement pour que je puisse comprendre. Communication difficile. J'ai réservé via Holidu, reçu la confirmation via Poplydays et récupéré les clés à l'agence de Wimereux. Trop de disques. Lorsque nous avons contacté Holidu (où nous avions réservé), nous avons été redirigés vers Poplydays, qui nous a ensuite orientés vers l'agence en nous disant que nous devions nous arranger avec eux. Pas très aimable avec les clients. J'ai ensuite demandé si l'abattant des toilettes de la salle de bain pouvait être réparé, car il était cassé. La réponse : l'appartement dispose de deux toilettes, mais veuillez noter que l'une d'elles n'a actuellement pas d'abattant (un problème mineur qui n'affecte pas son utilisation). Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour ce léger désagrément. De plus, la salle de bain n'était pas très propre (caniveau de douche plein de cheveux, parois de la douche sales, ventilateurs couverts de poussière et de graisse). La chaise du balcon était également cassée et il y avait un portant rouillé inutilisable."
