The annex and private garden are indicated in the photo with the yellow line drawn around the area of the annex and private garden.
The entrance gate is private and into your own fenced off private garden space.
The entrance hall doubles up as a second reading room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast table or workspace. There is a utility room for washing.
The living room is spacious with comfortable settees and dining table and wall mounted TV connected to Freeview and Netflix.
The master bedroom is very large with a super king bed and ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double bed and access to the communal bathroom which also has a disabled access bath tub.
There are views into the courtyard from the bedroom windows.
The whole annex has received a full redecoration and fit out in July 2023.
The annex is a very large self contained dwelling. Its mainly single level so easy access.
Guest access
The Annex and its private garden has access through its own gate providing guests with an independent entrance away from the main home.
