The property includes nine themed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottages, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom log home, and the option to add a charming event barn—all tucked under big Texas skies in a peaceful Dark Sky community ideal for stargazing and spotting local wildlife.

The Lodging Breakdown:
9 Individual Cottages
Each cozy cottage sleeps up to 5 guests and features:
-Two queen bedrooms with plush bedding
-A full bathroom with extra-long vanity & tiled walk-in shower
-A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker & dining table for 6
-A living area with a comfy flip-flop sleeper sofa, club chair & wall-mounted streaming TV (note: Cottages 4-6 do not have a sleeper sofa and sleep up to 4 guests each)
-Rocking chairs on the front porch for morning coffee or sunset watching
-Please note, RusTx- Unit 1-Equestrian is the only pet-friendly unit.

-The occupancy listed is the max occupancy this property can accommodate
Children are allowed.
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book
-Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions
-Damage Waiver required
-No smoking or vaping allowed inside
-No parties or day guests are allowed unless approved with Event Barn rental
-No shooting of any kind is allowed on the property
-No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a -burn ban in effect.
-Pets only allowed in RusTx- Unit 1-Equestrian. Pets not allowed in any other unit.
-No fireworks are allowed
-Government Issued ID required.
-Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am
