Great location!!! Great dock for fishing and boating. Be aware of tides if your boat has a T-top due to bridge clearance…which the leasing agent made clear to me before arrival. Also, agent was SUPER helpful and accommodating allowing me to store my trailer offsite and coming over to turn on dock water.

The house is very nice with a great front/river side porch. The location is great to walk places, even the beach. There are a few bars right behind so some noise but not bad. Overall we jad a really good stay.

Great location

Loved the house. Best location and beautiful views. Only complaint would be the lights in kitchen, dining room and porch did not work properly. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Missing light bulbs Labels on shower doors incorrect Kitchen not organized and drawers cabinets not very clean. Or too much of a problem for us as we ate most meals out. Layout of house was great. Walls had lots of picture hooks that looked like someone had recently stripped the home and perhaps new owners had hurriedly rented it We enjoyed the porch overlooking the sound

Property manage was ontop of any concerns and questions. The condo was great layout and loved the very large covered deck. The condition of the condo itself needs significant repairs and updating. Many holes in walls where pictures were and not patched. Bedspreads are dirty. Many old bed linens in closets on floors dirty linens stuffed in cabinets.

Perfect Spring Break Spot for the Family

We wanted to stay in NC and also bring our boat. This was the perfect spot for the whole family. The teens loved it and my husband was so happy to have such easy access to his boat. Can't wait to come back again!

Near the action

The best part of the property is proximity to the beach probably and walking ability to shops etc. The down is the shade of the decking. No sun to be had at all. Nice place but probably would pick a different location.

Our stay

Great property. Enjoyed our stay. Owner needs to review property and update. No hangers, wine glasses, limited cooking items, refrigerator smelled of fish etc. great property but needs a look over before renting.

FILTHY Dirty

This home had clearly not been cleaned when we arrived. I had to spend almost a full day of my vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, all of which were disgusting. Both trash containers outside were overflowing with trash when we checked in and trash day was still four days away, so we had to endure the stench every time we left the house or went to the beach. I sent a message to the property manager and the response I got TWO days later seemed obligatory and insincere. The location was convenient and the home was nice, but the kitchen definitely lacked items for cooking and serving, so if you expect to cook and/or entertain here, I'd look elsewhere. It didn't really bother us, but there were guests upstairs and you could hear every footstep and it got quite noisy at times. We come to Wrightsville Beach a few times each year and we made this reservation at the last minute. It makes total sense now why it was the only place still available.

Location was perfect!

This property was very clean and has the best location. The downside is some of the items in the interior of the house need some work (king bed in hallway room needs to be replaced, ceiling fan remote in same room didn't work, lightbulbs need to be replaced and kitchen items are lean --- no wine glasses for instance). The other thing is the place is a shared duplex so the above neighbor and their guests walk by you when you are on the deck and you share the yard/pier, etc.

Nice layout.

The house is very pretty, sitting on directly on the inter-coastal. But, there are many doors to get into the house and all of the locks need to be replaced. They are very hard to manage. I understand they are hurricane locks due to sand, climate etc., but they seem to have reached their live expectancy. The lock on the back door, to the covered porch, was especially troublesome. It was almost impossible to open and the handle actually kept falling off completely. Therefore, we did not use the back porch as frequent as we would have (missing out on the main attraction, the water view). The shower heads need to be replaced, the water barely trickles out. There was a fight in the bar, that is a few minutes walk away, that woke me up at 1:30AM and proceeded for an hour or so. Other than that, the house is laid out very nicely, is decorated pretty and is very close to the restuarants and beach,

Great location!

So much fun for kids and adults. Swim and fish off dock plus very short walk to beach. Also easy walk to restaurants, ice cream, groceries, bars. All the amenities as described. Beautiful deck overlooking the waterway with lots of seating and endless breezes. The house could use some minor repairs and updating, but I would definitely recommend and stay there again!! Very responsive maintenance. The best location on Wrightsville Beach! The whole family had so much fun.
