If you walk out the front door onto Front Street, you'll see the glamorous Dudley Mansion from 1825, a stunning 10,000 sq ft estate that was home to North Carolina's first Governor. If you walk out the back door and down the quaint alley driveway to 2nd Street, you'll see block after block of gorgeous Victorian homes. If you love old houses and turn of the century architecture, be sure to make some time to take it in!
Just walk!!! You're very close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, entertainment, the waterfront and riverwalk, museums, and ghost tours!

The property was amazing! Very clean and a lot more space than you think! Great location that is within walking distance to the river, great restaurants and shops.
For me, the historic area is the place to stay in Wilmington, and this condo certainly hits that mark. It's located a couple blocks from the waterfront and numerous restaurants. Having a free designated parking place is a plus!
The unit is within walking distance to the riverwalk with tons of restaurants as well as downtown Wilmington which is beautiful. My wife and I will definitely be back!
The apartment was great, it was inside a beautiful restored Victorian. Everything you can think of was provided and ready for us. Communication was great, the video explaining the parking was helpful, and the location was just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown.

My stay at Manhattan on front was perfect. It's an adorable apartment in an amazing location. The assigned parking space is great. When you don't want to drive, the location is within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. It's a short Drive to and from the airport and the beach. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend the location the motion point
This place is amazing! The location is perfect and you can walk everywhere so you don't have to pay for parking. The house is absolutely charming. It was peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed sitting up on the porch and watching the people walk by. I will definitely be back!
This place is great --super location near Riverwalk with parking in the back. It was clean and comfortable and hosts provided nice amenities. They communicated every step of the way. I would certainly return.
The property was very much as promised in the listing. The best thing about it was the great location. Walking anywhere downtown was convenient and easy. The on-site parking was also a huge plus. I had an amazing 6 weeks.
Such an awesome stay ! The decor is chic and old fashioned, with a modern twist. Feels very homey ! Curt + Ada are amazing hosts, they answer quickly, very welcoming, and will accommodate what you need!
The home is a perfect location for your stay in Wilmington, within walking distance of almost everything & on the main downtown strip !
Very clean and tastefully designed unit. Located within walking distance near the historic neighborhood. Had one issue but owner rectified the situation.
Great communication from the hosts, very comfortable bed (an underrated essential), everything you need is here, multiple parking options available (street or a private lot), perfect location. And their recommendation of Peking Gourmet (get the vegetable rolls) was excellent. Highly recommend and would stay again. The balcony is a perfect place to relax after your day of adventure.
Historic charm with modern amenities, this property was clean, comfortable, and super convenient for everything downtown. The hosts give lots of clear, timely instructions, including a great video that’s very helpful in locating the off-street parking and finding the correct unit on the property. We would happily stay here again.
Beautiful historical home on Front street close to everything. Our room was very clean, well supplied, and very comfortable. The front and top porch were great places to have coffee and wine. It was a huge perk that you have your own parking spot in the back area! We will definately stay here again!
The Keurig was blinking ‘Add Water’, and ‘Descale’. There were medium AND dark roast coffee pods. There was plenty of REAL sugar. (Plus the Fake Stuff) There was cow-made cream. (And the flavored hoopla)
And there was a roof, floor, and some more stuff.
It felt like Home.
Seriously it is a chic little urban-feel apartment within a beautiful 1800s shell, in almost-grand Victorian neighborhood. Which is two blocks from the end of the Riverwalk restaurants and festivities. Perfect distance.
Its quirky. There’s a third, middle room that has no job in life. The bathroom is miniscule (but I don’t have parties in there). To me, that was part of the charm of living within the constraints of the 1800s shell.
My extended family is in this area. I def intend to keep this apt on my short list.
