Comfortable & convenient first floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front porch.
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.
Please note, the fireplace is not usable.

Beautiful, modern, large and clean inside. Lovely historic neighborhood ambience. Close to downtown.Walkable and easy parking.Bring your own tissue, soap,shampoo,wash cloth.Gas fireplace wasn't working. And TV was difficult to operate. (no instructions)No written instructions for leaving stay either.

We had a lovely stay it was close to the river walk and great places to eat. My friend wished the master bed had its own tv. The price was fantastic. Lots of parking in the back. Wilmington is a wonderful place to visit.

Pleasant stay in beautiful property
