Sand Pebbles A30 is a 2 BR/2 BA updated oceanfront condo. It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well-maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG and 10% discount 7 nights or more. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals.

Please note: Sand Pebbles does not have an elevator.

The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar.

The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, smart TV with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. Linens are provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available.

During the summer season May 23 - Sep 1, we have contracted with a local beach gear rental company to provide two lounge chairs and umbrella for our guests. They will be set up at 9:00 am and picked up at 5:00 pm each day. You can enjoy the beach in the Carolina sun and take a break with a little shade.

Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean.

Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake.

Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park.

Wilmington is a 20 minute drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Great getaway

Great location

This was our second time staying here in 2 years. We love the location, steps from the beach. Perfect size for our family, has everything we need and an fun walk to the boardwalk for food and entertainment.

Location, location, location. walkable to everywhere. As well as, this condo was spotless, much more than some of the hotels we have previously stayed at. There were snacks and drinks available for us. The views were wonderful. Would highly recommend this rental.

Awesome stay... very nice view for side view

We spent the day at freeman park and then sat on deck for nighttime drink before heading to bed. The view was lovely and w would stay again!

The condo was very comfortable and included everything you could possibly need. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Far enough from the boardwalk for quiet, but still a short distance if you like to visit. The covered balcony has great views of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean with a cozy, home feel. stocked with amenities such as coffee, snacks, laundry detergents, cleaning supplies. My children enjoyed the assortment of beach toys and floats and my husband and I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. A wonderful family-friendly property in beautiful Carolina Beach, NC.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this condo. It was fully stocked and we were so close to the beach and pool. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The View and Access to the Beach are Great

Everything was fine. The water and snacks were thoughtful. I appreciate covers on mattresses but would suggest switching from the plastic covers that are noisy and hot. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, pans. The unit was clean. The access to the beach was so convenient.

Pleasant Surprise

We really enjoyed this rental. Lots of things sometimes not found in other rentals such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper - which was very thoughful. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. Easy and private beach access definitely a plus. Overall we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely look to rent this property again.

Super location

Loved the relatively quiet beach while being close to popular activities and walking distance to restaurants. Three flights of stairs a worthwhile challenge for us but not a good idea for anyone with ambulatory problems. This property had everything we needed plus some! A bit dated but very comfortable.

This condo was the cutest, and so clean. The owner made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed. And it was a great location because we could just walk across the street or up the street a little bit to eat out. Very nice location, very nice condo, and so immaculate. Highly recommend.

VRBO 1055280 - A great rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was spotless and we felt at home right away. We appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked with dishes, spices, and coffee. (You may want to highlight the coffee maker has a Keurig.) Our only suggestions are in the room with the twin beds - connect the ceiling light with the wall switch and add a curtain over the blinds. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great place for adults, teens, and younger kids :)

Great place to stay whether you're traveling with adults, teens, or younger kids. The condo is super clean, and the building was relatively quiet during our stay. (No rowdiness). Great location very close to the private beach access and a nice 15-minute stroll to the boardwalk, ferris wheel, and other amusements. The hosts were very attentive, leaving nice touches like a basket of snacks :) But the best, in my opinion, was the beach umbrella set up daily from 9-5 and included with the rental - NICE :)

Well-Equipped Condo

The building has obviously been there for a while and has had its share of leaks, DIY upgrades, etc. However, it was well-equipped with everything necessary to cook full meals and enjoy a day on the beach. We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony.

Peaceful escape to Carolina Beach

The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.

On the day I arrived, I still could not find the email from VRBO with check in information. It turned out the reservation was made with an email address that I know longer used and couldn’t access. I was able to contact the owner and they texted me the code to get in quickly and was very friendly. The place was also great. Lots of beach equipment to use.
