"The road leading to the hotel had a lot of potholes .The building wasn't extremely dirty but it could have been cleaner O did see a roach in the bathroom and they were mosquitoes in my room.The hotel was always extremely noisy at night.I will never ho back there."

"We did not feel safe with the location, sketchy scenes and in very poor condition. Upon entrance into the run down complex, there were trash cans strewn about the parking lot. When entering the "condo", the rancid odor smacked you in the face; smelled like raunchy water combined with rotten food. Opening the refrigerator, there were multiple bottles of half used condiments and food in the freezer. Upstairs, the master bathroom only had one of the four lightbulbs working above the mirror, one burned out and two not there completely. One of the twin beds had dirt on the sheets. We were very disappointed with this place and location. We checked out after one night's stay and found different accommodations. Overall, safety of the location was our main concern. "

"Not clean, access to hotel through unlocked doors anyone could just walk in, no security cameras, every excuse I got was we’re under new management. I’ve never had a problem staying at a residence inn before but I don’t think I’ll stay there again."

"Took my family there for a few days with the in laws for a graduation. Photos online are deceiving. In laws walked into their room, beds unmade and slept in, trash can full with tampons and trash everywhere. Our room’s table was unstable, push it to one side or something heavy on top would’ve made it fall. Pool was closed and dirty. Our carpet floors looked disgusting, need to just get rid of it because there’s stains and discoloration everywhere in the carpet. Cheap mirror with clips holding the mirror on our bathroom door. Hole in the bathroom door. There was an iron handle above the toilet, I tried to place my towel on it and it came out completely, screw and all, barely touched it. Walked in hotel and room, both smelled like weed. This place is perfect if you’re working out of town and done care where you lay your head. Wife booked this because the pictures online made it look pristine but that’s far from the truth. One trash can in room, shower curtain disgusting. My in laws had their refrigerator and microwave stacked on top each other, ON A SUITCASE RACK in the corner of the room. Staff was friendly and understanding, but hotel needs a redo."

"Menu breakfast was nothing special. Only complaint was the picture on Expedia website for 2 double beds, accessible showed a red sofa , which is the reason I chose that option since my disabled husband came with me. Upon entering it did not have the sofa, and there was a shower chair in the bathroom which I suppose made it an accessible room. Had I know this I would have chosen a different hotel."

"AC did not work in the room, and maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. Several items in the room were broken, including the ironing board, a wall mirror that was hanging loose and partially off the wall, and the closet hanging rack, which had been ripped out of the wall, making it impossible to hang clothes. We booked this room while attending LSU graduation and expected a much better experience. To say we were unsatisfied would be an understatement. I would not recommend this location and would not stay here again."

"Definitely on the low end of the comfort spectrum. The room was clean and essentially comfortable but it had NO extras whatsoever. No lamps, one picture on the wall, very stark. Great place if you can't afford more but will not be looking to stay in one again, if we can help it."
