"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"The stay was ok. The rental is located on a street that needs a lot of care for. When we pulled up to the house it looked from the outside as unkept with tall weeds greeting you at the front door. Inside it was clean and as advertised. To use the upstairs you need to be very careful. The steps did not feel safe to be coming down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the first floor. So the couch worked for this stay. I had my two dogs for this trip the fenced in backyard was...

"This house was exactly what we needed for our stay last weekend. Looks newly renovated and is well appointed with dishes, wine glasses, etc. Very comfortable and sparkling clean. Would definitely stay again. "
