This amazing home has been fully updated with the guest's needs in mind. Home comes with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Although the home was designed to hold up to 16 guests we personally feel it most comfortably accommodates 12 adults/kids.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, the second guest room includes a queen bunkbed, the third bedroom includes a twin bunkbed system with 5 individual twin beds and a separate twin pull out sleeper chair, the living room couch includes a full sized pull out sleeper, and we keep two roll out beds in the primary closet as well.

Each bedroom and the living room has its own wall hung Roku smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, & Disney+. Free internet access throughout the home is included.

The living room has a game nook with an assortment of board games, cards, and more. Plenty of seating is available at the bar stools, large couch, dining table, and more.

Both bathrooms are finished out with high-end finishes including custom tile work, glass sliding doors, shower wand, as well as double sinks. The home comes with soap and shampoo, paper products, hair dryer, and 16 sets of towels for those larger bookings. The bathroom soap is cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans, cooking spices, a fridge with ice maker and a coffee/tea station. This is a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker as well. Regular coffee is provided for the drip coffee maker.

Outside, the host provides basic fishing poles and gear, life jacks, innertubes, two kayaks, a ping-pong table, firepit, 6 burner gas grill & charcoal BBQ pits, lounge chairs, and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. The boat dock is perfect to pull up your boat or water craft for direct access to Lake Conroe.

The home sits directly on the water and the community has a private restricted boat launch area down the street that included with your stay.
