★ "This is the perfect space to enjoy and appreciate Williamstown. The perfect distance from campus, with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway, to an extended stay. Be sure to check out the stream out back. It’s the perfect place for a morning coffee, or to enjoy the fire pit at night under the stars." - Jason

Note: The Green River is a free-flowing stream with differing water heights and flows. Usually, it’s very mild but at times it can rage, especially when it rains. With the torrent comes all types of debris carried from upstream and while we always keep our area clean and devoid of trash, we advise caution if you descend the riverbank to wade or stroll about.

Excellent location, I could walk to stores, restaurants, college, and nice to have the river out the back door. Very clean and well stocked. I was travelling solo, but plenty of room for 2.
This studio was perfect for an exploration of Williamstown! We walked everywhere, then sat by the beautiful river out back. The bar &grill across the road was a find!
We stayed only one night while traveling through the area but this studio apartment would be great for a longer stay. Comfortable bed, nice well stocked kitchen, pleasant living room with seating areas for a variety of needs. The outdoor space at the river was a fantastic bonus. Would stay here again if in the area.
The studio had everything we needed and it was clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed our walks through Williams College, just across the street. Even with the drought, was very relaxing sitting by the stream that runs through the back of the property. Would definitely stay there again!

We spent two nights in this apartment for a weekend getaway to the mountains. This cozy little spot was the perfect size for the two of us, with just enough space so that we weren’t bumping into one another. Despite the chilly temps, the view and sound of the Green River was spectacular. Would stay again at this continently located home.
The studio is well appointed and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting around the pit and listening to the water after visits with our kid at Williams and walks around the community.
We loved our stay in Apt A! Easy to find, close to town and shops. The apartment was well equipped and stocked. The backyard space is a peaceful oasis. Listening to the river while relaxing in an Adirondack chair was exactly what my husband and I needed. It’s walking distance to the college campus and the Water St. Grill is right across the street!
My wife and I spent a week in New England for our vacation. We stayed in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and two nights here at the end of our vacation. We agreed this was our favorite lodging for our trip! Very nice place, and our host was very communicative. Highly recommend!
