「Nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to ECU. Home was clean and we had no issues while staying here. 」

「Historic home within walking distance of downtown Washington NC. Guests have upstairs. Plenty of privacy. Owner is responsive and easy. House is updated with modern bathroom. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of chairs for reading. A separate living room with a small fridge, microwave and Kuerig. I discovered English breakfast tea. Multiple tv,s. 「We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.」

「The owners have done amazing work on this property. This was a very comfortable older home. Everything was nice and clean and well cared for. The kitchen had really nice dishes and equipment, which is not always the case with short term rentals. Don't even get me started about the sheets, I took a picture of the tag because I need them in my life!!! I would absolutely stay here again. My only regret is we did not have more time to explore the downtown area of Washington.」

「I came to Greenville, NC to look for a new house after selling my Atlanta area home. I needed about 30 days of accommodations and lucked into this listing for the Barn loft by checking on VRBO. What a fantastic find! The farm is only a couple of miles from the city limits, so I could meet my realtor anywhere in Greenville in just a few minutes. The hosts were very communicative when needed. The space itself is perfect for one or two people. They have thought of pretty much everything you will...
