The apartment is perfect for being on the water. Needs updating on deck furniture and the beds are not so comfortable, otherwise its great.

Great location in the Pietermaii District. Close to bars, restaurants, and Punda. The communication with the staff was great. They were a great help planning for the trip.

Appartement mit toller Aussicht

Unser Appartement war im 2.Stock eines Appartementhauses mit 5 Einheiten, schmale Außenstiege ohne Geländer, keine Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport, das Appartement hatte 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC, einen riesigen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, Wohnlandschaft mit riesigem TV und einer langen Terrasse, die Schlafzimmer waren mit Decken-Ventilatoren und Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, der Aufenthaltsraum war leider nicht klimatisiert, ein kostenfreier Parkplatz und kostenfreies, gesichertes WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Die Fenster waren nicht dicht und so hörte man in einem Schlafzimmer den Straßenlärm und im anderen die Brandung des Meeres, von der Terrasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer und dem Kreuzfahrterminal von Willamstad, leider ist uns eine Dusche 2x übergegangen und hat das Badezimmer geflutet, der Safe im Appartement war bei der Ankunft versperrt und auch bei der Abreise trotz 2maliger Intervention. Der auf Bildern bei Hotels.com gezeigte Pool ist vorhanden, aber nicht für unser Appartement. Der Pool sei privat und nicht zugänglich hieß die Antwort vom Personal des Pietermaai Boutique Hotels. Dafür stand uns der Pool des Hotels zur Verfügung und es gab auch freie Badetücher. Doch auch das Bild des Pools des Hotels auf Hotels.com stimmt mit dem tatsächlichen nicht überein. Der jetzige Pool ist sehr klein und eher ein Tauchbecken. Für eine Stadtbesichtigung von Willamstad und für die Lokale im Pietermaai Distrikt ist allerdings die Lage ideal

We had a great trip! The place was comfortable, clean, cozy and offers great view! The staff were all very pleasant and the location was just perfect for us, very close to bars, restaurants and 15 min. walk to Queen Emma bridge. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful. Just as in the photographs. Nicely equipped and daily housekeeping. We didn't having parking as promised until the fourth day of our stay and there were not beach towels to use at the pool. Other than those minor things this place was absolutely amazing. The location could not be beat. Walk to everything and driving was easily navigated. LOVE CURACAO and Pietermaai District!

The Royal Penthouse apt was exceptionally comfortable and clean. There was a minor problem with TV as it uses wi-fi signal that is occasionally unstable. There is no cable service and all TV programs are via wi-fi signal/tv box. We had trouble to set is up. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The WEB site shows pictures of a pool and a beach in front of the apartment what is deceiving. We booked a Royal PH expecting access to the pool. Apparently, the access to pool area and a small man-made beach is limited only to the ground floor apartment. However, our stay was pleasant and we would consider it again.
